Police are investigating a fatal crash at Second Valley.
About 5.15pm on Sunday 10 December, emergency services were called to Main South Road after Toyota Hilux that had been travelling north lost control and rolled.
One of the passengers, a 16 -year-old Blackwood boy, died at the scene.
The driver, a 17-year-old Dover Gardens boy, and three other passengers, 16-year-old Maslin Beach boy, 15-year-old St Morris girl, and 15-year-old Crafers girl, were all taken to Flinders Medical Centre for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Major Crash officers attended and examined the scene to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Main South Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
The teen’s death is the 106th life lost on South Australian roads compared to 66 at the same time last year.
