Police have prevented amphetamines worth $114 million from hitting SA streets, according to recent figures.
An all-out assault on illicit substances prevented 228 kilos of meth and ice from hitting the streets between July 2018 to January 2020.
The year before, police seized just 23 kilograms of amphetamines.
Official figures also show that between July 2018 and June 2019, police also dismantled 59 clandestine labs across the state.
Most labs were around metropolitan Adelaide, but others were busted in the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa and Southern Fleurieu Peninsula.
