A local council is calling for community feedback on a land management plan for a local shack area.
The Rural City of Murray Bridge have opened round two of consultation on the draft Community Land Management Plan for Wildens Way, following community feedback earlier this year.
The revised plan has a focus on the management of existing shack leaseholds, accessibility to the riverfront and to maintaining and preserving the environment and existing remnant flora within the area.
The revised plan has three zones including Management of existing shack land leases, the Riverfront Reserve Zone, as well as the Samphire Flood Plain Zone.
Copies of the Revised Draft Community Land Management Plan Wildens Way are available at the Local Government Centre, Murray Bridge Library and online at letstalk.murraybridge.sa.gov.au.
