A man from Rostrevor has been arrested following a fatal crash on a private property near Morgan.
Just after 6pm on Saturday 6 March, police and emergency services were called to a private property on Wonga Road at Lindley, after reports a ute had crashed and rolled.
A passenger, a 26-year-old Campbelltown man, died at the scene.
The driver, a 29-year-old man, along with two other passengers in the vehicle, a 34-year-old Tanunda man and a 29-year-old Klemzig man were flown to Adelaide with non-life threatening injuries.
Following an investigation by Major Crash officers, the driver was arrested on Friday 26 March, and charged with causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He has been bailed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court on 31 May.
