A large 24-hour X Convenience station, car wash and fast food outlet has been proposed for the old Adelaide Road, Cheeky Ratbags Play cafe site in Hayborough.

Deliveries and car washing will be permitted 7am-10pm daily with light spill over neighbouring properties to be "managed" by X Convenience.

Members of the community have an opportunity to respond to the plan between now and 25 May 2021 via council or online at the SA Planning and Design Code website.

Plan SA is also considering a proposal for an integrated service station complex and detached Hungry Jacks restaurant at Victoria Street across from the Community Victor Harbor Kindergarten.
