An Ingle Farm man is lucky to be alive after rolling his car on the Stott Highway in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to the crash site 4km east of Sedan just after midnight, finding the car in trees down an embankment, the driver still behind the wheel.
Officers helped the uninjured man from the wreck, the 36 year old refusing a breath test.
He’s been charged with driving under the influence and will face court at a later date.
