Time is running out to enrol to vote in the upcoming Mayo by-election.
The electoral roll will close at 8pm this Friday June 22 with all Australian citizens who may have turned 18 since the last election and those who have moved into the area, to update their details and register to vote on July 28.
On Friday 22 June, all AEC offices in South Australia will be open for extended hours from 8.30am to 8.00pm to receive enrolment applications.
“If you’re unsure if your enrolment details are up to date, or whether you live in the Division of Mayo, you can check your details online now at www.aec.gov.au/check or call the AEC on 13 23 26,” Australian Electoral Officer for South Australia, Martyn Hagan said
