Hundreds of motorcyclists will be riding through the Adelaide Hills and Murraylands on Sunday 17 March 2019, joining thousands across the country to raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention.

The Black Dog 1 Dayer has participants heading from Meadows through Murray Bridge, to Mannum and finishing in Strath.

The organisers say that with one in five Australians experiencing a mental health condition each year, starting a conversation on the topic encourages people to seek help.
