A man was arrested at Paul McCartney's Melbourne concert last night.
While most of the massive crowd were well behaved, a Melbourne radio station took a call from a man alleging he was kept in police custody until early this morning, after being arrested and escorted from AAMI Park during the show.
"After the first song I moved over to the walking aisle to have a bit of a dance and then all of a sudden I was arrested," the man said.
"I was escorted out of the building, I was cuffed, made to look like an absolute idiot and was put in jail until 2AM this morning."
Victoria Police have since confirmed that the gentleman was arrested and escorted out of the venue, however they say it was due to his intoxicated behaviour, not because he was dancing in the aisles.
Good to hear it wasn't Heather from Strath who won our Mccartney Mixtapes competition.
How was the concert? Apparently it was pretty good.
This is the greatest concert I've ever been to. Paul McCartney— Higgo (@Higgo74) December 6, 2017
