Today 'R U OK? Day' and World Suicide Prevention Day coincide.

We are being encouraged to check in with someone, reach out and meaningfully ask  if they are okay, not just today but every day.

Suicide is the leading cause of death among people aged 15 to 44. In 2018, Australia lost over 3,000 people to suicide.

Tracey Wanganeen from Country SA service, StandBy Support After Suicide, joins Jennie Lenman to share some guidance and advice for those who want to reach out and help someone in their life.
