An ATO whistleblower from Adelaide's Southern suburbs faces more than 160 years in prison if convicted this week.
Richard Boyle is fronting the Adelaide Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 4 June) for breaching laws on handling public documents and recording phone calls. He says it was in the public interest to speak out on the Australian Taxation Office’s mistreatment of taxpayers.
