Mallee Spirit

Mallee Spirit began with a love of gin and a curiosity for distillation that quickly grew into something much bigger.

Set on our family farm in the Murray Mallee, we craft small-batch spirits using botanicals and flavours inspired by the landscape around us.

Stop by the cellar door for a tasting, a local event or simply a good drink shared with good people.

Our events are all about seasonal flavours, local produce, live music and sharing a drink with good people under wide open skies.
