AMRF Regional Skin Checks program 2026
The Australian Melanoma Research Foundation (AMRF) is pleased to continue its Regional Skin Checks program in 2026 proudly supported by RAA.
The program will kick off in Lameroo on 4th July, at the Game between the Southern Suns vs Coorong Cats before visiting other SA regional communities to provide free skin spot checks while raising awareness of melanoma and the importance of early detection.
Qualified melanographers (nurses with additional qualifications in skin cancer detection) will provide skin spot checks at the Lameroo Sports Club-Meeting Room from 9am -2pm on the day.
In addition to promoting skin health and early detection, fundraising activities, including raffles, will also be held on the day with all proceeds directed to melanoma research.
