A 79-year-old man has died after succumbing to his injuries following a single-car crash in the northern Adelaide Hills last month.
Police and emergency services were called to Canham Road in Cromer around 4:30pm on the 3rd of April, after reports a car had left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver was taken to hospital for treatment, however was unable to be discharged due to ongoing medical issues.

The Cromer man died in hospital on the 27th of April.
Major Crash Investigators are continuing to look into the incident.
It takes the road toll in SA to 31 for 2024, compared to 47 this time last year.
