A man from Netherby has been reported for allegedly driving at a group of people with his Rolls-Royce at Brownhill Creek Recreation Park.
About 9.50am on Sunday 18 May, five people were walking in the park along Brownhill Creek Road when a blue Rolls-Royce allegedly drove towards the group, forcing them to jump out of the way.
No one was injured in the incident.
Following an investigation, police today (Tuesday 1 July) have reported a 47-year-old Netherby man for acts to endanger life and driving in a reckless and dangerous manner.
He was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and his car was impounded for 28 days.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
