A 75-year-old man from Milang has died after his car hit street lights and road signs in Mount Barker this morning.
The collision happened just after 9:40am at the intersection of Adelaide Road and Mount Barker Road, with emergency services providing immediate support at the scene.
Major Crash Investigators attended the scene to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The on-ramp from Mount Barker to Adelaide was closed to all traffic for five hours, while Adelaide Road in Mount Barker near the interchange had also been reduced to one lane northbound.
There have now been 50 lives lost on SA roads, compared to just 30 at the same time last year.
