It is hoped that as winter settles in, Winter by the Fire will become a much-loved tradition in Jervois in the Murraylands.
Initiated by Murray Bridge’s Genuine Support Services Australia in partnership with EGO Farm, a free community event this Friday 27 June is a place for people from all walks of life to come together and feel part of something bigger.
Lisa Henley from EGO Farm and Kiosk is encouraging everyone to be a part of the free event, where there will be food, campfire stories, and a chance to meet people from across the region.
“We would love to see people come along with their guitars, what every instrument they enjoy playing and joining in the improvised entertainment.” Lisa said.
For catering purposes, register with Lisa at EGO Farm (0416 032 812) or Jess at GSSA (8166 7577).
ARN’s Adam and Jennie had a chat with Lisa and Darren Henley about their farm and the event. Listen on SoundCloud.
