Following last years enormously succesful event the Bear Rock Blues Fest will be on again this year on March 9th at the Palmer Hotel from 12pm to 8pm. Showcasing local blues artists from the Murraylands and Hills regions.

We are a small group of volunteers how make wonderful arts and crafts and we have humble little Pop-Up Gallery where we showcase local emerging and new artists and their work. There is a different artist every month. This month is resin and paint artist Kerry Mart from McLaren Vale.

Murray Bridge Community Choir rehearse on Tuesday nights 6pm – 7pm (commencing 23rd January 2024) and the Murray Bridge Community Band rehearse Thursday nights 7pm – 8.30pm both at the Baden Powell Hall in Sixth St Murray Bridge – everyone is welcome no matter skill level!!

Carols in the Bush at Rockeigh is back after a three year break. Come along and enjoy the quiet setting and listen to the Band of the SA Police and local artists ring in the Festive season. There will be a sausage sizzle available for purchase with funds going to the Rockleigh CFS and Rockleigh Progress Association from 4pm to 5pm. The Carols start at 5.30 pm. There will be a collection during the evening for The Royal Flying Doctor and Cops for Kids - two very worthwhile charities. All money collected will go to these charities. A light supper will be available after the finish of the Carols.
