A man in his 70s is recovering in hospital after sustaining serious facial burns while fighting a motor home fire in the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Emergency services arrived at the scene of a fire in McCracken just after 1pm yesterday, Wednesday 26 July.
Firecrews extinguished the motor home blaze, while paramedics hosed the man down.

The motorhome was destroyed.
He received treatment on scene and was flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for further treatment.
