A man from Middleton has been arrested by the Crime Gangs Task Force and STAR Operations in SA.
Police say the man is a Comanchero gang member and allege he was found with firearms and drugs during a raid last week.
Just after 5.30pm on Thursday 15 February, police attended an address in Plympton Park where they allege bag, containing a loaded firearm, had been thrown onto a neighbouring roof.
Police conducted further searches of the home and seized a trafficable quantity of methamphetamine, $20,000 in cash and numerous fake driver’s licences.
A 34-year-old Middleton man was charged with possessing a firearm without a licence and trafficking in a controlled drug.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today, on Monday 19th February.
