Motorcyclist Dies After Aldinga Crash

A man has died following a crash at Aldinga.

Just after 4.30pm, Tuesday 28 May, emergency services were called to the intersection of Main South Road and Malpas Road after reports of a crash involving a car and motorcycle.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 21-year-old man from Aldinga Beach, was taken to hospital in a critical condition however, on Thursday 30 May, he died in hospital.

The driver of the Honda CRV, a 24-year-old woman from Clovelly Park, was uninjured and is assisting police with the investigation.

Main South Road was closed for several hours whilst Major Crash Investigators attended the scene.

The man’s death is the 38th life lost on South Australian roads this year.
