More than 50 new homes are set to be built in Middleton on the South Coast.
The State Government has fast-tracked the rezoning of 8.8 hectares of land just 400 metres from the beach, paving the way for 52 new properties to be built.
The housing release will be designed by Gums ADHI, with plans for community open spaces, a playground, stormwater systems and connections to the SteamRanger train station.

Construction is expected to start next year.
