A 24 year old Goalball athlete from Palmer is a step closer to her dream to get to the Paris 2024 Paralympics.

Nikita Grosser competitively plays the only sport that is solely designed for people with a vision impairment.

She has been selected once again to represent her country as a member of the Aussie Belles Women’s Goalball Team for the IBSA World Games (Birmingham) from 14 to 28 August 2023.

If her team wins at the event, they will qualify for Paris Paralympics next year.

Each team member must raise funds for this year’s trip and will need around $8,000 each for airfares, accommodation and competition fees we need to pay as part of this experience.
