Victor Harbor residents are encouraged to weigh in on changes to dog leash laws.
New by-laws have been adopted by Council that will require dogs to be leashed at all times in high biodiversity areas and will require them to be on leash at certain times of the day in the warmer months along the coastline.
The City of Victor Harbor is also proposing to make Petrel Cove an off-leash beach.
Those impacted can respond in the public consultation between now and close of business November 21, with laws to be enacted on 3 December 2023.
