The residents of a house at Lobethal have had a lucky escape following a fire overnight.
A blaze broke out in the property at around 10:30pm Thursday 14 March, but quick action from CFS crews prevented the fire from spreading further than the lounge room and its roof.
Those home at the time escaped unharmed.

Approximately fifteen CFS firefighters attended on three fire trucks, one quick response vehicle and one command vehicle, with support of SA Police and SA Ambulance.
Damage has been estimated at around $150,000.
The cause is currently undetermined, and Fire Investigators have been notified.
