Police are investigating a serious crash at Victor Harbor.
According to SAPOL, just after 1.30am on Tuesday 24 October, a Ford Sedan crashed in a marked police car travelling east on Seaview Road causing the police vehicle to roll several times.
The woman behind the wheel of the Ford sustained life threatening injuries and was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre. Her male passenger was not injured.
The police driver and passenger were treated for minor injuries at South Coast Hospital and have since been discharged.
Major Crash Investigators have been on scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
Seaview Road has been closed between Hindmarsh Road and William Street, along with a closure of Acraman Street and Carlyle Street. Police have been asking motorists to avoid the area.
