There’s been a truck fire overnight with fire spreading to adjacent scrub.
Emergency crews were called to the Dukes Highway, near Frost Road, at Ki Ki about 11.15pm on Sunday 17 September.
The B-double was parked on the side of the highway, fully engulfed in flames, with the fire spreading to adjacent scrub.
The 61-year-old truck driver from Victoria was not injured.
There were lane restrictions overnight while CFS crews battled the blaze, which keeps reigniting.
As of 7.30 this morning, the highway is closed in both directions to all traffic while the B-double is taken apart to fully extinguish the fire.
Diversions have been in place between Tailem Bend and Coonalpyn with motorists to detour towards Meningie via the Princes Highway and McIntosh Way.
